You have probably been through this before
You engage a consultancy. The partner and the senior consultant run a great pitch. The slides are sharp, the case studies are familiar, the chemistry is good. You sign the contract.
Then the partner disappears. The senior consultant moves to another account. A team of people you have never met shows up to do the work. They ask questions you already answered in the scoping phase. They need to be brought up to speed on your data, your systems, your business. By the time they have context, half the budget is gone.
It is a model that works for big firms. It is not how we work.
When you hire us, you get us
This is the core commitment, and we mean it literally. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work, from scoping through delivery and beyond.
The people you meet are the people who deliver
The principals lead the work themselves. When you engage Dataloop for analytics, AI, or training, the same people who scoped the engagement are designing and delivering it. Not managing it from a distance. Doing it.
We become part of your team
We do not operate from the outside. We sit alongside your people, learn your business, understand your data, and work within your context. We are not visitors. We are embedded.
One relationship, not a rotating roster
You will not need to re-explain your business every few weeks to a new face. The people who scope the work are the same people who deliver it and support it afterwards.
We are small on purpose
We could scale up and subcontract. We choose not to. Staying lean means every client gets senior people, direct access, and work done to a standard we personally stand behind.
No juniors, no hand-offs
Every person working on your project has done this before, across multiple enterprise clients. We do not use client engagements as training grounds.
What you can expect from us
Six commitments that hold for every project, regardless of size or discipline.
Direct access
You have a direct line to the people doing the work. No account managers, no ticketing systems, no layers between you and the team delivering.
Senior delivery
Every engagement is led and delivered by a principal consultant. Always.
Honest scoping
We tell you what you need, not what costs the most. If something is not worth doing, we say so.
No surprises
We quote clearly, deliver on time, and flag issues early. You will never get an unexpected invoice.
Knowledge stays with you
We document everything, train your team, and make sure the work continues after we leave. Nothing walks out the door.
Ongoing support
Most clients stay with us on a retainer because the work evolves. We are available when you need us, not just during a project window.
One team across four disciplines
Because we cover analytics, AI, learning, and people, you do not need to manage four different vendors. One conversation covers all of it.
The person training your team on Power BI is working with the same person who built the dashboards. The consultant we embed in your team already knows your reporting standards because they were part of building them.
That is not a nice-to-have. It is a fundamentally different way to work.
See the difference for yourself
The best way to understand how we work is to have a conversation. No pitch decks. No pressure. Just a straight chat about what you need. Get in touch.
